What is quality control PLA in BPO

PLA stands for Process Level Agreement in the context of Quality Control in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing).

It is a set of agreements between a BPO service provider and its clients that define the quality levels that need to be achieved for specific processes. PLAs typically include key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy, timeliness, productivity, and customer satisfaction, which are used to measure the quality of the service being provided.

PLAs help to ensure that BPO service providers are meeting their clients' expectations and delivering high-quality services consistently. They also provide a basis for monitoring and improving performance, as well as resolving any issues that may arise during the course of the engagement.
